FULTONS CRAB BOURSIN
Ingredients:
1 ? Pound Cream Cheese
? Cup Roasted Garlic
? Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
1/8 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
1/8 Cup Lemon Juice
? Tablespoon Horseradish
1 Tablespoon Crab Meat or Crab Base
1/8 Cup Roasted Red Peppers
? Tablespoon Smoked Mustard
Method:
Mix all ingredients except cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Cut cream cheese into small cubes and place them in the mixer. Mix until smooth. Stop, scrape sides and mix again. When the cream cheese is smooth, add the rest of the ingredients to mixer. Be careful not to over mix. Store in a covered container until ready to serve. Serve with an assortment of crackers.

We?ve all tried it but I have a feeling it happens to me more than regular people: I open my fridge, I identify three or four different ingredients and I have absolutely no idea how to turn them into a meal. So I usually sit at my dinner table with a fried piece of meat + various boiled or steamed vegetables, cursing my own inadequacy in the kitchen and writing down ?Learn to cook, learn to cook? in my notebook.
But now I can throw out the notebook. The website Supercook allows you to add the ingredients you have in your kitchen and then it will automatically generate recipes with those ingredients.
If you add chicken breast, you get a result of more than 200 chicken breast recipes. Let?s say I also have leeks and cream. Still I get more than 200 results, now all with heavy cream, chicken breast and leeks. How amazing is that??? You can then add the recipe of your choice to your online cook book and create a menu and a shopping list. Oh, did I mention that the recipes include both starters, entr?es and desserts? I will use this engine a lot since I have no idea about cooking..I mean, I can at least use it until I learn to cook, right?

This is contributed to pizza’s cardio protective ingredients, including olive oil and tomato sauce. And here?s a way to make the pizza even healthier: top it with vegetables, part-skim cheese and use whole wheat crust. You?ll then have a meal that is actually good for you.
Can you get this kind of a pizza in a Italian Pies Shop ? You might be able to find some that offer whole wheat crust, but I doubt you?ll find any that offer part-skim cheese. What you can do is buy the ingredients at your local grocery store and make the pizza yourself. Speaking from experience, this can be a fun thing!
